QWERT Text Messaging Only Plans: unlimited texting for only $19.99 per month
Hey QWERT iPhone users!
You guys must be pretty smart dudes, because you’ve figured out a much more affordable way to use your iPhone!
Before you get started with your iPhone and QWERT Text Only Plan, you’ll need to tweak some of the settings on your handset.
Go to SETTINGS>>GENERAL>>NETWORK>>CELLULAR DATA NETWORK>>APN
Once you’ve landed there, change the Username and Password to qwert and qwert.
This will disconnect you from the GPRS network. Your QWERT SIM card only works for SMS texting, so this will make sure your iPhone isn’t sending out thousands of GPRS signals. Some iPhones are set up to send and receive your emails through GPRS when you aren’t connected to WiFi-but our SIM cards don’t allow that! So give your iPhone a break and disable the GPRS.
