Refunds
Plans
QWERT cannot grant refunds in instances of inadequate coverage or instances of user error, such as locked SIM cards or incompatible hardware (handsets). Activation fees are not refundable. Prorated refunds are not available for cancellations. Refunds are granted only in instances where QWERT is determined responsible for days of missed service.

Handsets
Handsets sold by QWERT come with a 30 day limited warranty. If the handset is determined to be defective within 30 days of the purchase date, the handset will be refunded or replaced. Returned handsets will be inspected for abuse. Handsets refunds are only offered for unopened and unused handsets. Shipping and Handling fees cannot be refunded.

Cancellations
There are no contracts for QWERT Text Only Plans. All Plans are pre-paid. Cancel at anytime through PayPal or by contacting us. Cancellations in the middle of the billing period will not receive a prorated refund.

Billing
QWERT uses PayPal for all billing transactions. If a QWERT account was established before August 26th 2009, your billing cycle will renew and your PayPal account will automatically be charged each month on the day of the month you subscribed.

If you signed up for a QWERT Text Only Plan, reactivated, or upgraded your plan after August 27th, your first month of service is prorated. Every month thereafter, your PayPal account will automatically be billed on the 7th of each month.

Sign in to your PayPal account at anytime to review your subscription details and billing cycle.

Abuse
QWERT reserves the right to suspend or cancel any QWERT Text Only account for abuse of service as determined by QWERT. Abuse may include, but is not limited to unapproved mass texting or use in unapproved devices (automatic devices). If you plan to use the QWERT SIM card for purposes other than mobile to mobile communication, please contact us.

Commercial Use
Please contact us if you plan to use QWERT SIM cards for commercial use or plan to purchase 3 or more Text Only accounts.

GPRS use
The user is responsible for disabling GPRS use on their handset. QWERT SIM cards use strictly SMS text only technology and cannot transmit data or voice. If GPRS use is detected, the account will be suspended temporarily until the GPRS has been disabled. If GPRS attempts occur, the account may be canceled. Class Action Waiver
WE EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR AS A MEMBER IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.  
 
Jury Trial Waiver
If a claim proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
